We are dedicated to transforming life outcomes for the marginalized in society by advancing the work of resolute nonprofit leaders defying the odds. Our mission is rooted in the belief that education is the great equalizer, and faith that it is possible to break generational cycles of disparity and create opportunity through strategic and united action.
Nonprofit leaders deserve differentiated technical assistance and support that remove barriers and ignite organizational impact. Upstream Podcast will shine light on these stories of hope and elevate the work of these change agents who are reinventing systems holistically in service to the whole child, the whole family, and the whole community.
As a 501(C)(3), we also collaborate with philanthropists, foundations, corporations, and change-makers to inspire hope, provide practical solutions, and drive global impact as a united force for the greater good. We also distribute donor funds to partner organizations aligned with our mission, amplifying efforts to create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we are building a world where everyone can reach their full potential.

MISSION
Upstream Education is dedicated to empowering nonprofit teams by providing differentiated technical assistance and support. We challenge the status quo by sharing compelling stories of hope that galvanizes community action through the focused coordination of resources. We support leaders and their teams who successfully challenge the status quo. This is achieved by reinventing education for the whole child, the whole adult, and whole community. Research will underscore efforts that are aligned with evidence-based practices and promising next practices.
GOALS

Establish an endowment to support operations for a team dedicated to identifying and empowering educational outliers conducting ground breaking work.

Upstream Podcast will serve as a platform to amplify stories where change makers are bringing about dynamic systems transformation in service to the whole child, family, and community holistically. It takes a united village and strategic partnership to heal a community and create a positively powerful generational impact.
